Board was part of powell chair so has screw hole middle right side of graphic (image #2). Top 2 and bottom 2 mounting holes also slightly enlarged to accommodate gyproc screws head and be flush. Top sheet has blue ink splotches due to a pen having exploded. Deck is approx 30 yrs old.
