Mounting: UNDRILLED – no truck holes. Construction: Authentic 1970s production. Reissue:? Not a reissue / not reproduction. Undrilled examples from this era are increasingly difficult to find. Rare Vintage Sims Jeff Phillips “Breakout” Complete Skateboard. This is an authentic 1985 Sims Jeff Phillips “Breakout” (version 2) pro model complete skateboard. Featuring the iconic “exploding fist” graphic by Greg Evans (often mistakenly attributed to Jim Phillips), this board is a cornerstone of mid-80s vert skating history. Deck: Vintage Sims Jeff Phillips “Breakout” V2 (Original, NOT a reissue). Graphic: Neon blue, yellow, and green “Breakout” graphic on a white dip. Trucks: Period-correct vintage trucks (please verify brand, commonly Tracker or Gullwing for this era). Wheels: Vintage wheels (likely Sims or period-correct OJ/Bullets). Extras: Period-correct CCS and skull stickers on the tail. Graphic: Vibrant colors with some typical “skated” wear. Light scratches and minor paint loss consistent with age. Deck: Solid condition with no major structural dings or delamination visible. All parts are intact; however, a missing bushing on the front truck is common for boards of this age. Missing plastic rails on board edges. Why It’s a Collector’s “Grail”. Jeff Phillips was a legendary vert skater who famously defeated Tony Hawk in 1986.

Up for sale is this set of vintage Sims Pure Juice Competition skateboard wheels, in a 60mm size. These wheels appear to have been red originally, though have darkened with age. These wheels present very well, and would be perfect to display with a similar aged Sims board. The wheels do show some wear, and appear slightly rounded on the inside edge (such as on wheels 1 & 3). There is also some light fading on some of the SIMS logos. Please refer to the many photos provided to get a good idea of the condition.
