Vintage Lib Tech skateboard deck perma pop graphite spring. This is a 98-2003 lib tech snowboard build skate deck Koi fish graphic Based on the build and graphics and the other boards it was boxed with I believe it’s from 1999. Not 100% sure but that’s my take. This deck has e-king concave. Condition of the deck is new but has had trucks mounted which is visible, no major flaws or markings on the top or bottom. Some light scratches visible on the bottom graphic from display. No grip ever installed.
