Fibreflex Skateboard By Gordon & Smith Vintage 1970′s. Skatboard is used, have cleaned the rusted parts by soaking in vinegar to remove rust. Then cleaned and oiled. Bearings were removed, cleaned, and repacked with grease. Four of the outside bearings were missing the rubber seal. And one wheel was missing the spacer between the bearings. Grip tape at tip of the board had started peeling up. Was placed back down with a dab of glue. Rear kick has wear from being used. Wheels are original road riders… All bolts and nuts are original to board. Rubber between trucks is showing sighns of cracking. Like i have stated this board was loved, and used. This rare (circa 1979) Dennis Martinez’s Flying Aces board is in “as found” condition from an estate. It is in very good vintage condition, with a minimum of wear and nicks. No major warping or damage to the approximately 30-7/8″ x 10″ deck is evident. The Gull Wing H. Have just a few grind marks, and measure approximately 4″ across the casting and 7″ to the tips of the axles. NOTE: WE HAVE HAD REQUESTS TO SELL THE TRUCKS. Plastic 1/2 white risers are unbranded. There is small wear to the Kryptonics CX-63 green wheels, and they may need new bearings- a couple of them do not roll too well. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CLOSELY, AND ASK ANY PERTINENT CONDITION QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO SO. This genuine 1970′s G&S Fibreflex skateboard deck has a red top and solid black underside. I believe its a Freestyle model, and it measures approximately 26 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches. A tail guard is installed. The deck is in excellent used condition, showing some scuffs and scratches in the shiny black finish. It has no chips, cracks or other serious cosmetic or structural flaws, and generally looks like it got very little use. Rare red (both sides) New Fibreflex bowlrider reissue. Bennett Hijacker NOS trucks (new from 1970s) and new reissue Road Rider 4s. Please note the Road Rider 4s are reissues, not originals. The color is red on both sides. The Bennett Hijackers are not reissues. They were in Hobie sealed packs before they were put on the skateboard. Can’t go any lower in price. Otherwise, I will just ride it. Won’t find one in this color. Not entertaining lower offers. Won’t find Bennett Hijackers in this condition.
