The classic Christmas closet complete. This 100% original Steve Douglas Schmitt Stix was obviously skated three times by little Timmy and then stored for the next several decades. There are age cracks in the wood, to be expected with plywood of this age, made in Paul Schmitt’s mom’s house. Basically no wear to the tail. The graphic has chipped in places due to age. Trucks old school Indys, maybe stage five? Have never been grinded, but the bushings are obviously very old. Slime Ball 65mm wheels. Please see photos for condition. I have attempted to document everything.

I bought this skateboard brand new in 1987. I ordered the deck from Cali. I bought Tracker Ultralights and Copers! (Truck protectors) Rails and a fish tail skid plate. The Bird truck protector some high end Swiss Bearings (the ones that spin for eternity) some super sticky clear grip tape and a load of the newest stickers to cover the board in. Some Schmitt Stix 93A Street Saw wheels complete set of Rat Nuts to bolt everything together. My grip tape job was cut by a 14 year old boy(myself) and it shows! I never was a pro or even thought I was a pro and I was extremely light weight, so the board never got abused. Of course when I turned 16 my true interest became a reality when learned to drive a car. This awesome vintage piece of history has been properly safely stored since 1989. It is in excellent condition and is completely road worthy. Just needs a rider or a wall to display all its Beauty. If you are looking and reading this you know how rare these boards are. The famous Skull Skates HOSOI Max Hammerhead was one of the largest boards made and the Iconic shape is timeless! Thank you for looking. Open to any questions.
