THESE ARE NOT REISSUES! NOS – VINTAGE – RARE – Powell Peralta OG Bones Brigade Set. Although Steve Steadham was in the original Bones Brigade, these 5 decks represent the true Bones Brigade to me. As a youngster my buddies and I would watch the Bones Brigade videos over and over then go skate at the. Venice Boardwalk, hit the banks at Kenter or Venice High School, or endlessly session our jump ramps, quarter pipes, and local curbs. In case you haven’t seen him…. Please find below a description of the set. 1987 NOS Tony Hawk Chicken Skul l. This deck has a slight warp in the nose from the factory and was considered a second. Powell turned boards with imperfections aka seconds into clocks. They would drill a hole in the middle of the deck and turn them into warp clocks and sell them to SK8 shops. I covered the hole with black electrical tape and displayed it on my wall. As a result no one ever noticed the imperfections. You can see the hole in the pictures abov. 1987 NOS Steve Caballero Bat Dragon. Still in shrink wrap Excellent Condition! One of my favorite Cab boards with Art work by VCJ and a killer shape. 1987 NOS Lance Mountain – My Absolute FAVORITE Lance Mountain deck! Who doesnt know this deck? This board is Future Primitive This deck was so hard to find, Again, I found it before the 2005 silver reissue started being reproduced. The deck had some scratches on it and has been restored in a few places because it was such an important deck for the collection. Look at pictures carefully there are a few scratches, scuff marks, and one small dent on the top right rail. The board looks fantastic on display no one notices the touch ups unless pointed out. 1987 NOS Tommy Guerreo V8 Dagger – Great condition! This board came grip taped from the factory and has never been mounted or ridden. There are a few minor scuff marks. In my opinion this is the best color and Tommys favorite. Tommy was / is a huge car enthusiast which is evident from the graphics on his later boards. When Tommy first joined Powell Peralta he had an automotive graphic in mind. VCJ was not stoked on going this direction but was able to make it work with the V-8 dagger and of cousre Tommy wanted the color to be Ford Blue. 1987 NOS Mike McGill Snake & Skull – Lastly, my favorite Mc Gill graphic and color scheme. This was the last board I tracked down for my set. I passed on many other color options in better condition but had to have this particular one. This board has been griped, mounted, and ridden. However, the wear which is only from some rubbing of the wheels shows the original owner didnt really skate. There are holes drilled for rails, nose, and tail guard. And there are scratches on the edges. Regardless, its a must have and displays wonderfully with the set. This is a super rare set that I pieced together over the years.
