Vintage 36 SIMS Pure Juice Skateboard Deck. Here is one of the first longboards ever made! It is a really nice vintage 36 solid oak Sims Pure Juice skateboard deck with the standard two piece kicktail from the 1970s. This deck is in excellent condition. However, it had a couple of cosmetic issues when I first got it. At some point in time, someone gripped it right over the top deck logo and when I removed it, much of the logo came up with it. In addition, the bottom deck logo showed quite a bit of ware and loss as well. There was also hole drilled through the tail. As a result, I decided to address these issues and make it like new again. I filled the hole and gave the entire deck a good sanding. I then re-screened the top and bottom deck logos and finished it off with a nice coat of clear satin spray lacquer. The top deck has a really cool knot pattern just below the logo that adds a lot of character to it. I think it looks really nice. The deck measures approximately 36 x 7 inches.
