Vintage G&S FibreFlex Skateboard 28 Slalom Bennett Kryptonics LCB Skate Board
Vintage G&S FibreFlex Iconic Slalom model skateboard with og Bennett Pro Ad+Trak trucks and a sweet set of Kryptonics 1st gen green 70mm Star-Trac wheels! 1975/76ish G&S Pro Slalom board factory drilled for both Chicago/Bennett and Tracker! For a very short time, G&S was actually drilling their FibreFlex boards for both truck bolt patterns to accommodate all the most popular trucks of that time, and this is one of those rare boards! After about a month or so, they switched to the 4 bolt-hole pattern on all their boards from that point on, since Bennett changed the design of their base plates to allow for either mounting pattern. This example from my personal collection has a very unusual gray top Bowtuff color and natural Bowtuff bottom, showing the beautiful woodgrain of the maple veneer wood core. The original factory grip tape is still intact and the original owner added the strips of 3M Pizza grip along the edges. Setup era correct with a beauty set of Bennett Pro Ad+Trak trucks and barely rolled-on green Kryptonics 70mm 1st gen Star-Trac wheels! This board is a time capsule!! Everything is in barely used condition, down to the Hoover-NSK bearings! A must-have for any proper G&S collection! A few light scratches/scrapes & small dings but otherwise, in excellent overall condition. Vintage G&S FibreFlex Skateboard 28 Slalom NOS Hester LCB Skate Board
Vintage G&S FibreFlex Iconic Slalom model skateboard deck in NOS condition never mounted! 1975ish G&S Pro Slalom board this early example is factory drilled with the 3-hole truck pattern for Chicago or Bennett trucks! Sometime in’76, G&S started drilling their FibreFlex boards for both 3 and 4-hole truck bolt patterns to accommodate Tracker and most of the new trucks of that time! After about a month or so, they switched to the 4 bolt-hole pattern on all their boards from that point on, since Bennett changed the design of their base plates to allow for either mounting pattern. This NOS example is from my personal collection has a beautiful golden top Bowtuff color with some streaks and a streaked goldenrod Bowtuff bottom. The original factory grip tape is still intact but appears to have been re-glued along some of the edges by the PO. I’ve had this beauty in my collection for about 10 years and now it can be part of your collection. A must-have for any proper G&S collection! A few light scratches/scrapes from storage but otherwise, in excellent overall condition. Vintage G&S FibreFlex Henry Hester “Bad H” Slalom model skateboard deck in excellent condition! Original 70s deck not a re-issue! This example is from my personal collection has a beautiful golden Bowtuff top color with some streaks and a streaked turquoise Bowtuff bottom. The original grip and sticker were gone when I got this board, so I cut a piece of the original 4 grip from a template made from original Hester grip tape and applied a near perfect reproduction FibreFlex Hester sticker. I’ve had this beauty in my collection for about 7 years and now it can be part of your collection. A must-have for any G&S collection! A few light scratches/scrapes and dings but otherwise, in excellent overall condition. 1960′s Rock Rider NASH Sidewalk Skate board Surfboard Beatles British Invasion
Here we have a super RARE 1960′s Antique Rock Rider NASH Sidewalk Surfboard. This one has the Beatles British Invasion Graphics. Graphics are in overall good shape, they have some wear but still show well! This was stored inside in a climate controlled environment so there is no rust on the bearings. The board is in very good condition with almost no heel wear. There is some prow wear including one chip out of the top of prow shown in pic 4. There are no cracks in the wood.
