Vintage 1980′s Sims Jeff Phillips Pro Breakout Powell Peralta Wheels Skateboard. The skateboard is in good used condition. No breaks or cracks. I do see some heat stress from age. Skateboard has original Powell Peralta wheels in good condition but faded from age. Trucks brand im not familiar with only mark is a embossed skull with a top hat.
