This is a rare vintage skateboard wheel product from the 1970s, made by the brand Hobie in the United States. The model is the 360 Freestyle Wheels, which were likely designed for freestyle skateboarding. The theme of the product is also mentioned as “The 70s”. The wheels are colored red and are considered a collectible item.
