BEFORE HITTING B I N OR MAKING AN OFFER THANK YOU. This is not a re-issue! Vintage 1969 MAKAHA LX-10 Skateboard. In 1969 Larry Stevenson R. Invented and patented the first kicktail skateboards. This skateboard artifact is either one on the first prototypes of his invention or one of the first production models.. It does look like there was a price tag on it at one time. It looks to be fiberglass gellcoat surface filled with foam just like surfboards are. Trucks are loosey goosey with only a bottom bushing.. On youtube you can see this is the very Skateboard that’Rusty Henderson’ is holding during his part in the video. Larry Stevenson / Makaha Skateboards Collector Video. This board should end up in the Smithsonian one day. This board is over 48 years old! I believe in this condition it maybe one the rarest skateboards left.. You can’t find this board anywhere.
