1974-77 Variflex Vintage Skateboard Deck with Original Wheels! All Original Parts

I was told that this is a 1974 Variflex skateboard. It appears to be all original, down to the wheels and bearings. It had stickers on them which I removed with a heat gun, but there is a bit of a difference between the tone of the wood where they were. I do believe this item would clean up very nicely and be a great one to use! Be sure to inspect the pictures well and let me know if you have any questions!

Wow – this is an amazing example of a (not so great) skateboard from the past. Made in the good ol’ USA! Amazing condition for it’s age. Sliders only have a few marks on them. No cracks or separation of the deck. Trucks have only a few (light) grinds on them. Fantastic display piece – a flash from the past for sure. The only thing I see wrong, is that the front truck is missing a rubber bushing, and a small piece of deck tape is missing. Skateboard is new in box with original ties and upc tags. Box is light to moderately worn as shown with very light staining or dirt as seen. Deck has original red wheels as shown. Very tuff pieces to find new in box – happy hunting!

Not sure if it is 87 or not. Its an 80s survivor in rideable shape. This is a rare vintage skateboard from Variflex, made in Korea in the 80s. This 1988 Variflex survivor is in good shape for its age (Good strong board). The deck measures 10″ x 31″ with a 15.5 wheelbase. It has one Variflex truck and one Gullwing Shadow (Both with composite baseplates that are the same in size). So both trucks are the same width and height. The wheels are Sims “Street Wheels” with “Speed Lunatic” bearings.
