Vintage Powell Peralta Tony Hawk Medallions Skateboard. Board has Tracker trucks that are in good condition with some grinds on the hangers. And the Sure Grip bushings are pretty bad but they still turn nice. Powell 57mm 90a Mini Rat wheels that are still in very good condition. I think these are the T-Lock rails and a tail bone skid.
