Here we have a very rare 1981 Steve Caballero “Dragon” pig skateboard. As some of you know, Steve came from inland San Diego County. At 15, he became one of the youngest members of the Bones Brigade. This Dragon model was his first sponsored board with his sponsor, Powell Peralta. THIS IS NOT A REISSUE!! The board has a 41 year old patina, but has been on my wall for the last 27 years plus. The Dogtown crew was a major influence, and I was fortunate to see all of them in action throughout my teenage years. I have sought out skateboards for my collection that had the most impact on me. The provenance and authenticity of my collection is without question. All of these boards and decks have been on display or storage. No complete boards or decks have seen daylight since acquisition.
