The board has some plastic from what looks to be factory sealed but has a lot of wear from years of storage and could use some work. Starting with the top of the board, the screws have a little rust but not too much. Sides have some scuffs but overall good condition. Bottom of board is mostly clean with a few chips under the shark. Wheels have some wear and do not spin on the bearings very well.
