GULLWING HPG IV split axel gold toned skateboard trucks with guards. Designed by the H. IV Corporation (an aerospace tooling company), California, in 1975 by skater Mike Williams, with company owners Bill Brawner and Walt Tiedge, the Gull Wings split axle truck was released in January 1976. This truck was unique as it allowed the skater not only to adjust the truck tension but also the radius, resulting in an amazingly configurable slalom truck. 7 of the original nuts and bolts are included as well.
