Vintage Hobie Competition 1970′s Fiberglass Skateboard W/Bennett Trucks 27 Dogtown era. Fresh out of a collection. This fiberglass board is in solid condition, given its age, having been pre-owned, and then stored for decades. Measures 27″ x 5.5″. Great for your collection, and looks wonderful hanging on a wall.
I think this was a gift given to Johnson from Thunder Trucks as a display of his signature truck release. It is on some larger base and doesn’t seem like it was meant to be used. Up for sale is this iconic classic totally Original Tony Hawk Claw edition skateboard complete with Vintage Slime Balls 95s with German bearings and Vintage Thunder Trucks and I can’t leave out the original ugly sticks aswell. This board obviously was enjoyed as can be seen by all the pictures but is really in great condition for its age. It has much life for any vintage skateboard enthusiasts to get on this classic and rip it up 80s style. The board rides great, such a very smooth ride for such an old board. Hopefully, this one is the one for you.
1970′s Camberflex, ACS 650 Trucks, AmPro Wheels, Skateboard. It is quite heavy. Has wear to the edges, to the nose and the tail. Has scratches, scuffing, some surface dirt, etc – see all the pictures. The wheels have some wear. The nose and the tail have wear. The tactile surface has wear and is peeling off a little near the tail end, etc – please sea the pictures. The word Camberflex is n the sticker which has wear and is peeled off in some areas. Original very used 1980s Kamikaze skateboard. Please view all photos for condition. The board has many imperfections such as chipping paint ware, graffiti, some plastic broken on the bottom rails, missing rear underside plastic and front plastic. There is age checking and slight splits in the finish and slight split in the wood starting by one of the screws underneath. Back wheels spin pretty good and the fronts spin but need lubed and serviced for a good spin. The skateboard was ridden extensively but still survives today like a true road warrior.
