This deck’s graphics are based off the original artwork of Otto Kuhni, who started working for Mattel in the early days of the Hot Wheels Redline era. You’ll see that blue car and art on the early Redlines blisterpacks. The car was a fantasy design influenced by muscle cars of the era.
