SIMS POWELL 90KG QUICKSILVER 70s VINTAGE SKATEBOARD GULLWING HPG, PURE JUICE

For the advanced collector, a Sims Quicksilver deck in amazing condition on the top with some chippiness on the edges of the grip tape and the logo in excellent condition. The bottom has some scratches behind the front truck and touches here and there. Not sure if it’s from storage or riding because the nose and tail are in great condition. The trucks are slightly used Gullwing split axles with gorgeous support plates and great bushings. The Pure Juice wheels have wear on the inside halves but look like new on the outsides. Period correct and ready for your collection!! I will be listing 3-4 skateboards a week with a BIN price. There will be one chance only and no reductions. Sims Lester Kasai Vintage Skateboard Splash (1st Run/Not “E” Epoxy). First Generation “Sims” top logo! 10.5×30 Full Vert/Ramp Size. 1983 Very Nice Condition for being 35yrs old! Wood straight, no warp, or delam, a couple of chips see last 3 pics. 2 holes for skid plate. 8 holes each side, guess it had two different sets of handrails at one point. Grip and stickers original, period correct. Screen print nice, colors bright. May be a little dry, not peeling though. Was hung in the living room for years. BEFORE HITTING B I N OR MAKING AN OFFER THANK YOU. This is not a re-issue! Vintage 1969 MAKAHA LX-10 Skateboard. In 1969 Larry Stevenson R. Invented and patented the first kicktail skateboards. This skateboard artifact is either one on the first prototypes of his invention or one of the first production models.. It does look like there was a price tag on it at one time. It looks to be fiberglass gellcoat surface filled with foam just like surfboards are. Trucks are loosey goosey with only a bottom bushing.. On youtube you can see this is the very Skateboard that’Rusty Henderson’ is holding during his part in the video. Larry Stevenson / Makaha Skateboards Collector Video. This board should end up in the Smithsonian one day. This board is over 48 years old! I believe in this condition it maybe one the rarest skateboards left.. You can’t find this board anywhere.
