Vintage X-Caliber Pro Skateboard Trucks. Here is a really nice, super clean pair of X-Caliber Pro skateboard trucks. These are all original and in excellent condition. In fact, they look better than some of the NOS trucks that I have seen listed here in the past. These were X-Calibers answer to the Bennett Pro, and their base plates were often used as replacements when Bennetts unbreakable plastic base plates would break. They measure 6 inches from axle tip to axle tip, and 3 inches across the hanger. The base plates have multiple old School 3 and 4 hole bolt patterns. These sweet ruby red BANZAI Speed Seal skateboard wheels are barely used and in excellent condition (see photos). Look like they were taken for one short ride on the sidewalk and then put away. They are similar in size and shape to the Road Rider 4, measuring in at 60mm in diameter x 42mm in width. They have a durometer somewhere around 78a. There are a couple stress fractures in the top side but they are very superficial. The graphic side has no stress cracks at all. White dip color, best color way for this deck in my opinion. When I found this I hopped on to test it and it did ride nice and it felt sturdy enough to ride more but I feel its probably better off as a display piece at this point of its life. Vintage Skateboard Deck NOS Sims Brad Bowman tribute 1 of 3 on Sims Brad Bowman wood. The are the real deal Sims wood from the 1970s but they were seconds. Only 3 of these were ever made. Mike screen printed them but did the screens free hand and did a fantastic job at them. Since they were done by hand the original graphic is slightly different with letter sizes and positions, but very, very close to the original. I feel these being on Sims Wood they probably about as close as you can get to a NOS authentic one but you can judge that for yourself. The condition is excellent with a light and minor scuffs. This is a serious blast from the past. Sims Kevin Staab Pirate graphic on natural wood with Pink and Black Tracker Ultra-Lights with the dang Blue copers, Vision Blurr 60-45 90a wheels with a Red/Green swirl and NMB bearings, Launch Pad rear riser, ODI mounting hardware, 3 piece colored griptape, Grip Stix nose guard, I believe the rails and tail guard are Grip Stix as well. The deck has the most minimal damage. A scratch or two, but for a ridden board from the mid/late 80′s, this baby is in AMAZING shape. Catch this beauty while you can!
