Up for grabs is a vintage NOS World Industries Chris “Dune” Pastras “Baby Sitting” Chicken Scratch 1 off 1 of 1 skateboard. This board was screened by the legendary screener Barret Chicken Deck! If you’re an avid skateboard collector then you know who this legend is and the famous Chicken Scratch decks he has screened over the years. With that said you also probably know the history of this particular deck. Barret screened all the 90s boards for 101, blind, world, bbc and many more. Every time he screened a board he would put one or two away as a test or a screen print. Over the years he had one of the biggest collections worldwide. And many were screened using his Chicken Scratch technique. Each deck was a work of art. Barret is the best of the best! As you can see there is a controversial history with this deck. And whether they were OG or not. There was a big discussion on S&B (Skull and Bones) about these decks back in the day and this is one of them. So rare with a controversial history good or bad. For now this post is for the Dune Standing Baby. I tried to show the board the best I could. The deck also looks to possibly have a slight tail twist but hard to notice and when laying on the topside doesn’t seem to move back and forth “which you see with a warped deck” so looks straight. Could be an optical illusion though so stating this to be transparent and siding on the err of caution just in case it does have a small twist. See pics for condition and ask any questions. Hard to find these rare boards in NOS condition. This is a must have deck for any serious, Barret “Chicken” Deck /Chicken Scratch, 90s, or World Industries skateboard collector.
