Up for sale is a 1960s era Nash “Surf Bird” vintage skateboard in blue/natural wood. Appears to be completely original. While there are normal signs of age and use, including some minor dings in the wood, a tiny drop of white paint, what looks like “Kathy” written in green on the bottom, and rust/patina, this setup is in great shape for its age. The top graphic still looks pretty good as well. See pics for details. Rad piece for collectors or those looking for some vintage wall art. See my other listings for additional vintage skateboards.

This board has an interesting history. The guy I bought it from was replacing the subfloor in his house here in Tennessee. It was was supporting a corner of a wall where the closet door was! There it was for years before it was found! These skateboards really are rare, and will only get harder to find. If you need better pictures please ask. The wheels spin freely. I have done no cleaning to any part of this and I have put no oil on the wheels. The board is 20″ long and 5″ wide. This is the harder to find one with the yellow hubcap/wheel covers. Only one other listing currently has the yellow wheel covers.
